Mark has 20+ years’ experience as a Human Resources (HR) executive with JPMorgan Chase in both New York and Singapore. During his 20 years at this $2.8 trillion global investment bank and financial services firm, Mark was promoted into several HR leadership positions — most recently, Managing Director, Head of Compensation and Benefits for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. While in this role, Mark led the design, implementation and communication of compensation, benefits and employee wellness programs across 16 countries in Asia Pacific, covering 45,000+ employees. In so doing, Mark managed a team of 25 professionals located in Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Japan and the Philippines.
Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Mark was as an Executive Compensation Attorney with two of the most prestigious global law firms: Debevoise & Plimpton and Rogers & Wells (now Clifford Chance). As an attorney, Mark drafted and negotiated senior executive employment agreements, as well as complex compensation arrangements, for IPOs, mergers and acquisitions. Mark received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and his B.S. (in Finance) from Lehigh University.
