Vera worked as Vice President of Human Resources for US-based start-up company Tellspec, where she developed the organisation’s human resource and performance management functions. Previously, Vera also served as UK Country HR Manager for Marks & Spencer, developing and launching a new HR system and implementing a Performance Management system consistent with UK operational objectives.

As an interview expert, Vera has built and executed many assessment centres for companies and has a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of psychometric testing. While a visiting lecturer at Buckingham University - IBS, Vera teaches employability skills; she has also achieved ACC (Associate Certified Coach)certification through the International Coach Federation, the world's most prestigious professional coaching organization.
