As a global technical team leader, Priscilla held progressive technology leadership roles over the past 13+ years at Walmart, Inc., the largest private employer in the U.S., with $611B+ in 2023 revenues. Within these positions, Priscilla led large, multicultural teams that produced technical solutions for 20,000+ developers at all levels. In this capacity, Priscilla hired and led individuals from China, India, and other countries around the globe.
Prior to Priscilla’s diverse experience leveraging technology across a wide variety of functions (including Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Engineering and others) at Walmart, Priscilla honed her own technical skills within the Insurance, Business Technologies, Publishing, Geospatial Solutions, Naval Aviation and Government sectors, where she led teams of programmers and contributed to all phases of the full application development lifecycle.
Priscilla’s academic credentials include a B.S. in Computer Science, a B.S. in Mathematics, an M.S. in Project Management, an M.B.A with specialization in Project Management, a P.M.P. and a variety of technical certifications. She also received the Dale Carnegie Global Leadership Development (Human Relations Award). Throughout her almost 4-decade career, Priscilla has developed, coached and mentored hundreds of young professionals. Additionally, over the past 5 years, she has begun teaching young adolescents basic STEM concepts through First Lego League Robotics, demonstrating her passion for coaching aspiring talent.
