Josh has 20 years of experience within the consulting and technology sectors, including roles at Motorola, a former $100B global telecommunications leader, as well as their Mobility business, which was acquired by Google in 2011. Josh transitioned from industry roles to technology consulting and later joined the Strategy consulting practices of Accenture and Deloitte.
Within these roles, Josh built and led large global teams in the US, UK, Italy, France, India, Philippines, Argentina and Spain. Specializing in M&A technology integration, new product development and operational restructuring, Josh contributed to $100B+ in mergers and acquisitions and launched $3B+ in products for top telecommunications and technology firms. While at Deloitte, due to Josh’s previous firefighting experience and leadership on multiple 5G, edge, and data analytics engagements, Josh served as a subject matter expert for firefighter safety and AI-driven wildfire technology initiatives with the U.S. Forest Service, in the Government & Public Services practice.
In 2023, Josh began combining his consulting skills with a passion for public service as a full-time firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician. In this capacity, Josh continues to collaborate with federal and state fire agencies, researching first responder connectivity and safety technology. Additionally, Josh advises consulting firms who are exploring innovative wildfire and firefighter technology initiatives.
Josh holds an M.S. from George Washington University in Project and Risk Management and a B.S. from New York Institute of Technology in Business and Computer Science. His previous clients include Meta, Google, Verizon, NTT Docomo, Paramount, the Department of Defense (DOD), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), among others.
