Daniella is a seasoned Human Resources professional with 25+ years of experience driving Human Capital initiatives in major global firms such as Marsh Insurance (a $10B global company with 45K+ employees), Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. Throughout her career, Daniella has worked across a variety of sectors, including Professional and Financial Services, Insurance, Operations and Technology. In her most recent role, as Executive Director, Human Business Partner at Ankura Consulting (a multi-specialty consulting firm), Daniella advised four global Consulting Business Group Leaders and oversaw a bonus pool of $33M.
Daniella’s experience managing leadership development and early career programs provides her with a unique perspective on how to successfully launch and navigate a career in complex, multicultural organizations. Her expertise in building career progression models enables her to coach employees at all levels (from recent graduates to senior leaders) to reach their full potential. At Marsh Insurance, Daniella served as the primary Strategic Human Resources Partner to Global COOs, as well as a CTO, CIO and CAO, while supporting senior executives in China. After overseeing a bonus pool of $90M, Daniella also received the Marsh CEO Award, in both 2020 and 2021, for Outstanding Human Capital Contribution. Daniella also spent four years living and working in the UK while at Marsh.
Daniella holds an M.A. in Organizational Change & Consultation /Human Resource Management from Columbia University, Teachers College. Additionally, she is certified in Leadership Coaching by iCoach at Baruch College and is accredited by TalentTelligent in the KSA Suite of Talent Tools. Daniella’s undergraduate degree in Psychology was accompanied by both Magna Cum Laude recognition and admittance to Phi Beta Kappa.
